Pandemic thoughts.
Ever since the pandemic, there has been a significant rise in the number of death rates and a multitude other problems. It isn't helping that the Covid-19's targets are children and the elderly, which gives us more problems to solve.
Since its first appearance in Wuhan, China, there have been a total of 258 million cases and 5.16 million deaths — with an average of 7,454 deaths per week. Studies show that compared to adults, children and the elderly are more prone to the disease. Over time, various vaccines were developed to combat this; but numerous questions were raised in terms of capabilities and doubt, causing worldwide vaccine hesitancy. Nevertheless, as months passed, more people have accepted these vaccines. However, children, as well as teens, have a harder time showing the same sentiment. Some believe in misinformation and false data circulating the internet, while some are influenced by peer pressure and/or family. The WHO (World Health Organization) urges these people with facts and correct details. And so do I. For the sake of your health, the vaccines contribute a huge percent of your survival rate — not 100%, but studies show it to be 90%. That is still a big factor to take in, nonetheless.
The pandemic is still strong. And for everyone's safety, especially the children and teens; the vaccines are a substantial help.
